Our client is a vibrant marketing agency with a stellar list of clients and a bright, energetic and talented team. They are seeking an Account Manager for a fixed term contract of up to 12 months based on a pro-rata salary of £30-32k. This is a very rare opportunity for an ambitious marketer to join a team tasked with delivering a whole new level of premium customer service. Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.

In this role, you’ll be working within a small team to manage and deliver a series of training roadshows and communication material, including videos, for retail store staff.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Account Manager, probably having worked for an agency at a similar level with clients in a multi-channel business.

The role will involve:
• Managing client relationships and channel requirements
• Working with our internal events and video teams
• Devising and implementing a strong communication plan for pre and post event activity
• Preparing and proofing copy where required
• Producing onsite collateral, briefing our creative team and working with external printers and suppliers
• Generating content and ideas for training videos
• Close tracking and monitoring of budgets
• Providing cost options for additional activity
• Informing and supporting the Account Director in the development of the account

• Established Account Manager level in a similar environment
• Staff/internal communication including involvement with events
• Used to managing all elements of creative and print production process
• Broad understanding of improving performance through employee engagement, training and internal communication gained working on a multi-disciplined account
• Exposure to working with video production teams and scriptwriters
• Familiar with different communication channels including social media, digital platforms and apps

• Good all-rounder, comfortable with both managing and developing client relationships, and the detail of projects
• Strong workflow skills with good time management of self and others
• First class attention to detail and hands on approach
