Communications Manager - Exeter
An innovative Exeter-based technology company is seeking a Communications Manager to join their growing team.
  
What you’ll be doing
As Communications Manager, you’ll work within the marketing team and will be tasking with building the companies brand, as well as attracting and engaging new customers.
  
You’ll have input on designing the strategy and content schedules, and will work with the wider stakeholders to ensure a consistent message throughout the company’s communications and collateral.
  
From a digital perspective, you’ll drive traffic to the site by creating a range of content and devising marketing campaigns across web, social media and email. You’ll take ownership of the website’s content and ensure that it’s best optimised for SEO purposes.
  
There will also be some more traditional marketing duties, such as creating press releases and running events. You’ll also track all successes and will report findings back into senior management.
  
What experience you’ll need
We’re looking for a self-motivated and dynamic individual that’s passionate about making a difference and who’s a real people’s person. You’ll be a problem solver that can pick things up quickly, and someone that can manage multiple projects and be able to juggle your workload accordingly.
  
You must have demonstrable experience of the following:

Social media management and use of social media tools.
Strong content creation and writing skills.
Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite. A considered approach is a key requirement: you’ll need this for adapting your style when liaising with a broad range of people across different departments and industry sectors, as well as paying special attention to detail on monitoring the success of campaigns and using collated data to tweak accordingly.
