Williams Lea Tag seeks a Digital Programme Manager to join our team!

The Job:
The individual’s primary responsibility when it comes to Programme Management will be, but not limited to, production scheduling across all ongoing projects and coordinating centralised digital production.
As a Programme Manager you will be supporting the Programme Director in upcoming project scoping for cost estimations, High Level Plan creation, global client onboarding on process and project documentation
As a team co-ordinator you will on a, day-to-day basis, project manage the team to ensure work stream is resourced in a well-balanced manner.
You will be responsible for the billing overview and supporting PMs to ensure all projects are covered with a client-generated DO number, booked in the internal system and invoiced on time. Also flagging any projects that don’t have sufficient financial cover to Programme Director for escalation.

The Fit:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be confident when it comes to strategic planning and execution of program implementation, recognising interdependencies within the program and assume program ownership
You must be an effective Team Leader and have the capacity for relationship building and mentoring.
We require the successful candidate to have a good working knowledge of project and programme related software tools, such as; MS Office suite, Confluence, JIRA .
You must have good financial modelling experience along with reporting and problem solving.

The Experience
You must have strong knowledge and experience in Technical Support as you will be expected to support PMs and production team with any queries and actions related to site integration tools (AEM, TAB, Kritique Toolbox, PIM ingest, BIN), Training will be provided and with knowledge in place, the candidate will be expected to train the PMs and production teams on the process related to these tools for they can continue the work effectively.

The Package:
