Reporting to: Account Director
Reports: 1 or 2 team members (AE, AM)
Our lovely client is an Integrated Creative agency based in Central London with a team of approx 45 staff. They are on the hunt for an AM or SAM to work on some of their highest profile B2B and B2C clients across multiple sectors including Finance, Luxury and Professional Services.
You will be a strong leader, with an agency background, who has a proven track-record of growing existing accounts, championing and delivering leading creative across a fully integrated channel mix, both on and offline.
You will be strategically orientated with a strong desire to get under the skin of our clients’ brands, their sectors and audiences. You will ensure that all projects address our clients’ specific challenges and objectives and deliver a strong ROI.
The role requires an energetic, motivated, proactive individual, who is confident with clients, great interpersonal skills, building lasting relationships engendering trust and respect and always delivering exceptional service.
You will be highly organized, with a meticulous attention to detail establishing yourself as a safe pair of hands ensuring nothing falls through the cracks on projects or the day-to-day management of the account.
You will be commercially savvy ensuring all projects are profitable and fully reconciled, produce accurate and up-to-date forecasts and all financial information is accurate within Paprika at all times.
You will be a strong team player with bundles of energy and who has experience managing, motivating and mentoring junior members of the Account Management team.
You will ideally have some experience of new business, helping to pull together RFIs, RFP’s and pitch decks as well as be a part of presentations.
